Discover the nooks and crannies of the world’s first book town. We will explore the outside of Hay Castle, once home to Richard Booth, self-proclaimed ‘King of Hay’ and visit his eponymous bookshop.

We will learn about the history of the town and castle whilst also uncovering the character of some of the independent book shops.
